We're excited to announce that Xentra now integrates with Hostaway and Lodgify, two of the most popular property management systems in the vacation rental industry. This brings our total PMS integration count to 9+ supported platforms.

Bookings - All reservations from Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, and direct bookings flow into Xentra in real-time
Guest data - Names, contact details, and booking specifics are available for messaging and check-in
Property data - Unit details, photos, and amenities sync automatically
Calendar - Two-way sync ensures no double bookings
Pricing - Rate changes from PriceLabs can flow through Xentra back to Hostaway

Lodgify Integration

Lodgify is especially popular among independent hosts and small agencies who value its built-in website builder and direct booking engine. With our Lodgify integration:

Bookings sync bi-directionally - Whether a booking comes through Lodgify's website widget or an OTA, it appears in Xentra instantly
Guest communication - Use Xentra's unified inbox and AI messaging bot while Lodgify handles the booking engine
Online check-in - Trigger Xentra's check-in flow automatically when a Lodgify booking is confirmed
Access codes - Smart lock codes are generated from Lodgify booking data and sent to guests automatically

How to Connect

Connecting a new PMS takes less than 5 minutes:

Go to Settings → Integrations in your Xentra dashboard
Select your PMS from the list
Enter your API key (found in your PMS settings)
Select which properties to sync
Done - bookings start flowing in immediately
