This cookie policy explains which cookies and similar technologies Xentra uses, what they are needed for and how you can control them.

1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files your browser stores on your device. Alongside cookies we use local browser storage (localStorage) — technically a different thing, but the same from your side: data that stays on your device until you delete it. This policy covers both.
2. Which cookies do we set?
This policy covers myxentra.com. The application at app.myxentra.com sets its own cookies; you will find those in the cookie policy inside the product.

3. Legal basis
Necessary storage relies on § 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG and Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a working website). Analytics and marketing cookies are only set with your consent under § 25 (1) TDDDG and Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. Which data is processed and where it goes is set out in the privacy policy.
4. Changing your choice and deleting cookies
Your choice from the banner is stored in local browser storage under "xentra-cookie-consent". Delete that entry — via your browser's developer tools or "clear site data" — and the banner reappears on your next visit so you can decide again.
Independently of that, you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; your browser's help pages explain how. If you block everything, the site can no longer remember your language.
