Multi-Property Grid
Each unit gets a row, dates run across the top. Booking bars stretch across the dates they cover, color-coded by channel. Zoom levels: day, week, month, quarter.
Drag-and-Drop
Grab any booking bar to move dates. Xentra recalculates rates if pricing changed for the new dates, asks for confirmation, and propagates the update to the originating channel.
Gap Detection
Visual highlights for 1-3 night gaps between bookings. Click the gap to set a last-minute discount, block, or send a fast-booking link to your guest CRM.
Booking Detail Panel
Click any booking to open the full detail: guest profile, payment timeline, conversation history, tasks, audit log, and channel-specific reference numbers.
Filters & Export
