Connection Wizard
Step-by-step setup for each PMS. Enter API key or complete OAuth flow. The wizard tests the connection, discovers available data, and starts the initial sync.
Smoobu Deep Sync
Full sync: units, bookings (with all fields), pricing, cleaning fees, commissions, guest data. Bulk import of existing bookings. Custom field mapping rules to control what syncs and how.
Booking Import
Import bookings from connected PMS with guest name, dates, property, price, cleaning fee, channel source, and status. Historical data import available for most integrations.
iCal Feeds
Import iCal feeds from any platform (Google Calendar, custom sources). Configure sync interval (every 15min, 30min, 1h). Read-only sync - Xentra reads the calendar but doesn't write back.
Sync Status
