All access events from all devices in one scrollable timeline. Each entry shows: time, device name, action icon, method, and associated person (if known). Color-coded by action type.
Filtering & Search
Filter by: property/unit, device, date range, action type (lock/unlock/motion), person (guest/cleaner/host). Full-text search across event descriptions.
Team Access Tracking
Sub-accounts for cleaners and maintenance have their own access tokens. When they unlock a door, the event is tagged with their name and role. Separate from guest access.
Export
Export filtered access logs to CSV or PDF. Includes all event details, timestamps, and associated metadata. Useful for insurance claims, legal documentation, and owner reports.
Alerts & Monitoring
Configurable alerts: low battery warning, device offline, unusual access patterns (e.g., access outside booking window). Alerts appear in Xentra notifications and optionally as email/push.
