Assign each unit to a specific owner for multi-owner portfolio management - critical for accurate financial reporting and owner statements.
Track bank loans per property: loan amount, interest rate, monthly payment, and term. The system calculates remaining balance and total interest paid.

Unit Cards & Detail Sheets
The main view shows all units as cards with key stats (booking count, invoice count, address). Click any unit to open a full detail sheet with tabs for general info, images, costs, and loans.
Multi-Image Upload
Drag and drop multiple images at once. Reorder them by dragging. The first image becomes the cover photo shown on cards and guest pages. All images are stored in cloud storage.
PMS Apartment Mapping
If you use a PMS like Smoobu, the system detects unmapped apartments and shows a warning. The mapping dialog lets you link PMS apartment names to Xentra units for automatic booking sync.
Bank Loan Tracker
Add loans per unit with principal amount, interest rate, monthly payment, start date, and term in months. The system calculates current balance, total interest paid, and remaining payments - feeding directly into P&L reports.
Unit Costs & Depreciation
Record every cost associated with a unit - furniture, appliances, renovations, repairs. Each cost entry includes purchase date, amount, category, and depreciation method (linear/declining). Feeds directly into tax export reports.
