Connect your Nuki smart locks directly via the Nuki Web API. Authorize the connection in the Nuki app with one tap - no technical setup needed.
Each booking automatically receives a unique per-stay code valid from check-in to check-out time only.
Nuki Opener integration for building intercoms - guests can buzz open the building door without physical keys or intercom codes.
Ring to Open: enable automatic building entry at check-in time. The Nuki Opener automatically buzzes the door for the guest's first arrival.
Battery monitoring: receive alerts when lock batteries drop below a configurable threshold. Never let a guest arrive to a dead lock.
Full access history: every lock/unlock event is logged with timestamp, method (keypad, app, auto), and associated booking.

Nuki Connection Setup
In Xentra's Integrations section, click "Connect Nuki." This opens the Nuki Web authorization flow. Grant access to your Nuki devices. Xentra discovers all connected locks and openers automatically.
Device Assignment
Assign Nuki locks and openers to specific units. One unit can have multiple devices (e.g., building intercom opener + apartment smart lock). The assignment determines which devices appear in the guest's access portal.
Booking-Linked Codes
When a booking is confirmed, the system generates a unique PIN code on the assigned Nuki lock. The code is valid only from check-in to check-out time. The PIN is auto-inserted into guest messages via the {{door_code}} merge tag.
Remote Control
Lock or unlock any Nuki device remotely from the Xentra dashboard. Useful for letting in cleaning teams, maintenance workers, or emergency access.
Ring to Open
Enable the Nuki Opener's "Ring to Open" mode for a specific time window around guest check-in. When the doorbell rings, the building door opens automatically. Disable after check-in for security.
Battery & Status Monitoring
Dashboard widget showing all Nuki devices: lock state (locked/unlocked), battery level, firmware version, and online/offline status. Configurable alerts for low battery (e.g., below 30%).
