Guest Access Portal integration: guests receive a link where they can open the building door with one tap - no app, no codes, no waiting. The portal also shows directions, WiFi, and check-in instructions.
Ring to Open: optionally, guests can simply ring the building intercom bell and the street door opens automatically. Configure time intervals (e.g., 30 min around check-in) or use "Allow Once" mode for a single automatic entry.
Cleaning & staff access: create dedicated access links for cleaners, maintenance teams, and co-hosts. Set active time windows (e.g., cleaning slot 11:00-15:00) so staff can buzz themselves in without calling the host.
Multi-unit management: assign Ring Intercom devices to specific buildings and units. If you manage apartments across multiple buildings, each building's intercom is mapped to the right units and access links.

Guest Portal Door Unlock
Ring Intercom appears in the guest access portal with a prominent "Open door" button. Guests tap it and the building street door unlocks via the Ring API. Works on any phone, no app needed - just a web link.
Ring to Open
Optional automation: when a guest rings the building intercom during their booking window, Xentra triggers an automatic unlock. Configure time intervals ("30 min around check-in", "entire stay") or use Allow Once mode for a single automatic entry.
