Revenue Analytics
Total lifetime revenue, revenue per stay, and a trend line. VIP indicator for guests in the top 10% by total revenue. Useful for identifying your most valuable guests.
Notes & Preferences
Free-text notes visible to all team members. Common uses: dietary restrictions, preferred floor, late checkout requests, known issues. Notes persist across bookings and are visible when the guest books again.
